Os Projetos acontecem nas categorias Sub-11 , Sub-13 , Sub-15 e Sub-17 , nas escolas e bairros abaixos.

Aulas
As aulas no ginásio poliesportivo do Bairro Próspera acontecem nas terças-feiras das 14h às 17h; na Escola Serafina Milioli Pescador, Bairro Princesa Izabel, as atividades são aplicadas nas quartas-feiras, das 17h às 19h e sextas-feiras, das 15h às 18h30min. Já na Escola Antônio Milanez Neto, Bairro São Sebastião, os treinos são realiados nas terças-feiras, das 17h às 19h e quintas-feiras também das 17h às 19h
